Tuna tartare, wasabi, cretan avocado.
Steamed mussels, assyrtiko, cherry tomatoes and chilli.
Pan-fried prawns smoked with ouzo.
Fish carpaccio with beetroots and dill.

Land Starters

Free range chicken liver parfait, red onion jam on a sourdough toast.
Beef tartare, french way.
Thai salad (Beef / Chicken / Prawn).

Vegetarian Starters

Homemade cold almond soup and sour cherries.
Wild greens, soft feta and pine nuts.
Burrata, cherry tomatoes and crispy chilli flakes.
Gazpacho, grilled peppers, orange and tomatoes.

Fish Main

Paccheri with our bisque and prawns.
Pan-fried red snapper, beetroots reduction and seasonal vegetables.
Classic vongole spaghetti.
Black ink squid barley risotto with calamari.

Meat main

Lamb rumb with yoghurt, cumin and baby zucchini.
Parian beef fillet, pan fried or grill with steak chips and chimichurri.
Slow braised pork belly from Antiparos, cauliflower purée and pickles.
Lamb ragú Pappardelle.

Vegetarian Main

Homemade gnocchi with artichokes rosemary and Parmiggiano.
Coucous, grilled vegetables and feta.
Spaghettoni, locals herbs and nuts pesto, pecorino and baby zucchini.
Our Cauliflower Special Dish, cooked in different ways.

Desserts

Dark Rum Tiramisú
Baked cheesecake with Antiparos Monastiri’s mulberries coulis.
Fruit plate.
